A “Secure file transfer” system accessed through our website can be utilised allowing clients to easily transfer files for print.  We accept and can process all file types and applications across both PC and Mac platforms. Once files are received our prepress team prepares the file for press, our ‘Flightcheck’ system allocates job numbers and check the file for colour, font or image inconsistency. A proof is printed and couriered to any location for final sign off by the client, any changes made can usually be proofed via a PDF, allowing a more efficient turn around (instant) for corrections. Our Ctp functionality with our Kodak Magnus 800 can output 40 plates per hour and can turnaround plates for correction within 15 minutes.

Secure File transfer can be accessed directly and is available from our website. The web interface warehousing can also be accessed directly. All of our policies and procedures are available on our website. A job number is allocated in the initial stages allowing staff to keep track and inform you of what point of the production process your job number is at.

Complete Colour provide the following in house finishes - In line Machine varnish, Stitched booklets, Calendars, guillotining, folding, perforating, handwork, collating and drilling. We also provide spiral binding, Laminating for our in house digital press processes. We have a semi automated drilling machine including filo-fax drilling with a multiple of hole sizes for Quarter binding, hand stitching, self carbon fan apart padding, glued edge padding and angle display padding, shrink wrap, paper banding, ergonomic computerised guillotine with cip3 integrity, inclusive of automated pile lift stacker and jogger facility, folding and creasing machines and loop stitching capabilities. Our outsourced finishing include, Foiling, embossing, UV, Re-moist mailers, Perfect binding, Burst binding, Die cutting and gluing.
